"I do not recommend this agency. I canceled my policy on 8/5 and started my new policy the same day. They retroed my coverage to 7/6. Now I owe the state $50 for lapse in coverage. The best part is when I called State Farm for an explanation on why my coverage ended on 7/6 and not 8/5, all she could tell me is she wouldn't have done that for no reason. Great job State Farm. Im glad I've taken my business elsewhere after being w you all for the past at least 15 years."
